Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

At Vrise Elevators, we are committed to delivering high-quality elevator solutions and professional services. Since our products and services often involve customized design, manufacturing, procurement, installation, and project execution, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all enquiries, quotations, orders, and service agreements.

1. Order Confirmation

An order shall be considered confirmed once the customer:

  • Accepts the official quotation.
  • Signs the relevant project or service agreement.
  • Provides the agreed advance payment.
  • Approves technical specifications and project requirements.

2. Cancellation Before Project Initiation

Customers may request cancellation before project initiation and before any material procurement, engineering work, manufacturing, or scheduling activities have commenced.

In such cases, Vrise Elevators reserves the right to deduct any administrative, inspection, consultation, or processing charges incurred prior to cancellation.

3. Cancellation After Project Initiation

Once engineering, manufacturing, procurement, customization, logistics planning, or installation scheduling has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If cancellation is approved at the sole discretion of Vrise Elevators, the customer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation, including material, labor, transportation, and administrative costs.

4. Customized Elevator Orders

Most elevator systems supplied by Vrise Elevators are customized based on building specifications, dimensions, load requirements, finishes, and customer preferences.

Due to the customized nature of these products, confirmed orders for custom-built elevators are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once manufacturing or procurement has begun.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, shall only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made by the customer.
  • Payments received in excess of the agreed amount.
  • Project cancellation approved by Vrise Elevators before work commencement.
  • Other situations deemed eligible under applicable laws.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

  • Site inspection charges.
  • Consultation and engineering fees.
  • Design and customization costs.
  • Material procurement expenses.
  • Manufacturing and fabrication costs.
  • Transportation and logistics expenses.
  • Installation and labor charges already incurred.

7. Service & Maintenance Contracts

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service agreements are subject to the terms specified within the respective contract.

Refunds for maintenance contracts shall only be considered where specifically provided under the signed agreement.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on banking procedures and payment service providers. Vrise Elevators shall not be responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

9. Project Delays

Project schedules may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including site readiness, regulatory approvals, supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or customer delays.

Such delays shall not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund claims.

10. Changes to this Policy

Vrise Elevators reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Revised versions will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
